Abstract:
The McGaheysville-Massanutten Lions Club thru the Lions of Massanutten Foundation holds an annual charity golf tournament in Massanutten, VA to help raise funds for the less fortunate in our communities. The tournament began in 1996 and has since been held annually in early Summer.
Funds are raised primarily though donations from local businesses and individuals for tournament and hole sponsorship. Individuals and teams compete during the tournament to win prizes for such activities as putting, longest drive, and closest to the pin.

The McGaheysville-Massanutten Lions Club Fourteenth Annual Charity Golf Toumament will be held on Friday June 11, 2010 at Massanutten's Mountain Greens Golf Course. The entire net proceeds raised during this event will be donated equally to the Elkton Area United Services, Elkton Family & Children's Medical Clinic, and the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Dental Clinic.
